about

Our very first live album was recorded over our first two gigs at The Barley Mow, Bonsall.

It captures the raw energy of our early days as a quirky covers-band using folk instruments, and it shows that we picked the right songs to cover, as ALL of the tunes that we did then were still integral to our live set until Danny Doonican departed in March 2011 when The Bar-Steward Sons' brand of 'musical comedy' became the prominent direction for the band.
