Recorded live at The Lantern Theatre, Sheffield
Saturday 11th April 2015

This was my first-ever solo theatre show and it was made all the more special because it was a sell-out. The audience on the night were fabulous, rowdy and raring to be entertained for 3 hours.

The show also came after a four month period of me not playing live and six months of not drinking, due to my missus, Amanda, being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy.

It was the first time that any of the songs that form 'The Tarn Machine' album were ever heard by an audience, and for that, the show was even more special.

I'd like to thank Amanda for all her support, laughter and energy, Dan Watson for being Mr Soundman on the night, Bjorn Doonicansson for joining me for the encore on his fiddle, the staff at The Lantern Theatre and to all of the audience who made the show a sell-out.
